Front-of-House Volunteer- Reception and Retail
As a front-of-house volunteer, you will be the face of our museum, welcoming visitors, answering their questions, helping visitors complete visitor surveys and providing them with information about our exhibits and events.
You will be making sure that our visitors have a positive and enjoyable experience at our museum. As part of our retail team, you will assist with the operation of our museum gift shop which offers a wide range of unique and interesting items for sale.
No previous experience is necessary, just a friendly and welcoming personality, excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. We will provide you with all the training and support that you need. By volunteering with us you will have the opportunity to meet new people, develop your skills and experience and become part of our friendly team.
