Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. These are calculated on the weight and volume of the goods ordered and their destination. Standard UK delivery usually takes 2-4 days after processing. All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped. International times can vary, please allow 2-3 weeks before contacting us.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email to keep you updated.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Please be aware that tariffs, taxes etc, may be imposed during or after shipping. Kilmartin Museum’s Shop Online is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
Damages
We inspect all goods before they are shipped and ensure that all products are packaged safely and securely. Kilmartin Museum’s Shop Online is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We advise that you save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
