Team Lead: Education, Learning & Volunteer Service

Full time, 37.5 hours per week.

Salary: c.£30,000 p/a, dependent on experience

We are looking for an Education Team Lead to manage staff, volunteers and work with the Museum curatorial staff and outside providers to plan and deliver Kilmartin Museum’s successful Education, Learning and Volunteering Service.  The Education, Learning and Volunteering Service is an integral and highly valued area of Kilmartin Museum’s work and vital means by which our Mission Statement is fulfilled.  The post holder will work with the Senior Management Team to set the strategic direction for the service and fulfil the Mission Statement, taking into account all service users.  Fundraising for projects is also part of this role.

This is a great opportunity to join Kilmartin Museum at an exciting time, as the museum has recently undergone a c.£8m redevelopment.
